Free trial with a card
The card is requested at the start and not charged until day 31. No lock-in: cancel from the console and it ends at the end of the period.
Pay as you go, only if you exceed
Devices, messages and GB above the plan are charged at the end of each period at the published prices. You can disable automatic overage and turn the limits into a hard cap.
Your data is yours
Three years of history in every plan, exportable as CSV or through the API at any time, hosted in the European Union.
Frequently asked questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Pick a plan, add a card and get 30 days with every feature. Nothing is charged until day 31. Cancel before and you pay nothing.
- What happens if I exceed the plan limits?
- With automatic overage (on by default) the service continues and the excess is charged at the end of the period at the plan's prices. If you turn it off, no more devices or data are accepted once a limit is reached, until the next period.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrading or switching to yearly applies immediately and you pay only the difference. Downgrading or switching to monthly applies at the end of the period already paid.
- How long is my data kept?
- Every plan keeps up to three years of telemetry history. You can export it any time as CSV or through the API.
- Do prices include taxes?
- No. Prices exclude taxes; the applicable VAT is added on the invoice depending on your country and business status.
- Which protocols can I use?
- MQTT, CoAP/DTLS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, LoRaWAN (TTN), Sigfox, NB-IoT, AMQP and XMPP, in every plan.
