Quick developer guide

From sensor to cloud in four steps. All endpoints hang off of https://iot-platform.nordicbyte.co.uk/api/v1.

1Authenticate

Sign up and get a JWT token with your email and password. Include it as Authorization: Bearer <token> in private calls.

2Create a device

From the panel (log in and use the «Connect device» wizard) you get a deviceId public one to ingest data with.

3Send telemetry

Publish data points with a POST. Knowing the deviceId is enough to ingest (device-token-based design); replace{DEVICE_ID}.

4Query and export

Read the latest readings:
